Anjili’s Reflection on the 500-hr Mystical Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala.

The 500-hr Mystical Yoga Teacher Training has given me the tools to connect with my highest self and my truest nature. I have learned to connect with my own inner wisdom and to allow that essence and knowledge to be my foundation for being a teacher to myself and to others. This is a unique training that is based on co-creation and the sharing of knowledge. What you get out of it depends completely on how much you are willing to let go, shed the mind, embrace the journey and soar to meet your self as you’ve never seen before.
