Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We will try to accomodate your special needs, but in general this is our policy.

Reservations and Payments

Full payment or a deposit of $350 (whichever is less) per person is required to secure your reservation.

Full payment is due 90 days prior to your visit.

Final payment for all visits must be received in full by Mystical Yoga Farm at least 90 days prior to your visit. Reservations may be cancelled if final payment is not received by the due date and cancellation charges will apply.

Every effort has been made to produce pricing information accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your visit, you must do so in writing. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. Any applicable refunds will be processed 30 days after our receipt of your written cancellation.

Processing fee: there is a non-refundable fee of $125 per person for each visit you cancel. This fee reflects only our costs of administering a reservation, and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity.

Cancellation charges: for all cancellations we will refund the cost of your visit less the following per person charges. Charges shown include the $125 administrative fee:

91 days or more: $125
90-61 days: $350
60-30 days: 50% of selling price
29-0 days: 100% of selling price

Visitor substitutions are encouraged if you must cancel your visit, but may be subject to the above cancellation charges. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your visit. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
