SYI is a spiritually focused organization, built upon a foundation of love, radical self-acceptance, personal growth, and deep connection. Far beyond asana or the yoga alliance certifications, this is an invitation to explore your mindful practice and truth.
SYI 200 Hour Teacher Training
At SYI's teacher training program at the Mystical Yoga Farm, you'll fill your body with vegan superfoods while you have the opportunity to learn the multifaceted aspects that come along with living in a self-sustaining environment. While at the farm, you'll learn about the importance of community, ceremony and disconnecting from all the noise in which distracts us from hearing our inner voice.
SYI's yoga teacher training curriculum is influenced around Peruvian Shamanism, providing students with a unique and spiritually driven course that goes beyond just a certification. Called by the energy of Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes, spirits and each other, we invite you to come evolve on your spiritual and yogic path. On this profound journey, you will earn your Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification.

The Diamond Heart Yoga School teacher training is a Yoga Alliance accredited program that introduces you to the multifaceted world of yoga principles and practice. This training is specifically designed to help curious, passionate students strengthen their practice, and to safely teach yoga to others. Teacher trainees will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey into an ancient practice that requires an exploration of how yoga works on mental, emotional, physical and energetic planes within the body.
DHYS 200 Hour Teacher Training
By the end of the training, teachers will be able to confidently teach a 60-90 minute beginning/intermediate yoga class including yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. You will learn the keys to a yogic lifestyle through the teachings of the Yoga Sutras, and how to embody and embrace this wisdom and share this with your students.

- Teach a Hatha style class safely and with confidence
- Learn hands on adjustments and alignment techniques
- Injury assessment and management
- Yoga philosophy for life and how to teach this in class
- Learn to tailor classes for beginners and pregnant women
- Graduates of the 200hr training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.
