HeartSong is a faith-based religious ministry dedicated to spiritual education, sacred music, prayer, and community gathering. Our mission is to create spaces for reflection, connection, worship, and personal spiritual growth.

We host religious gatherings, retreats, and community events that support spiritual practice, music, prayer, and shared experience in a faith-based setting.

How Our Ministry Is Supported

Financial contributions made through this website are voluntary donations that support the ongoing operations of the ministry.

Donations may help cover:

• Facilities and land stewardship

• Lodging and shared meals during gatherings

• Educational materials and spiritual programming

• Event coordination and administrative support

Participation in our gatherings is optional and faith-based. Contributions are not payments for goods or commercial services, and no financial return, equity, or ownership is offered.

Programs & Gatherings

HeartSong gatherings and retreats are religious and spiritual in nature. Individuals who feel called may choose to participate and support the ministry through voluntary contributions.

Suggested donation amounts may be shared to help offset costs, but contributions are given in support of the ministry and its mission.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support ministry operations. However, we review refund requests compassionately on a case-by-case basis.
