Plant Masters
Grandmother Ayahuasca
Ayahuasca — also known as the tea, the vine, and la purga — is a brew made from the leaves of the Psychotria viridis shrub along with the stalks of the Banisteriopsis caapi vine, though other plants and ingredients can be added as well.
This drink was used for spiritual and religious purposes by ancient Amazonian tribes and is still used as a sacred beverage by some religious communities in Brazil and North America, including the Santo Daime.
Ceremony Flow
Jahendo is trained and initiated with the Huni Kuin tribe of brazil. He’s studies deeply with Yawanawa, Shipibo, Santo Daime and countless western mentors. The ceremony is a unique blend of all these styles, primarily Huni Kuin, giving you a well-rounded approach to this beautiful healing journey!
Ceremony begins at 6pm with a quick orientation.
Then we open the space with a prayer and the first cup.
45min noble silence after first cup and the lights go out. We then will spend about an hour singing traditional chants (icaros, saites, and pakaris) with just the voice.
Then we will have the second cup, where we invite the guitar and other instruments in. The songs will be primarily Haux songs from the Amazon jungle in Brazil from the Huni Kuin, Yawanawa tribes, with some portuguese as well.
Half way through we will call for Hape time (a shamanic tobacco snuff used for cleansing) in the center. After Hape time we will turn on some candles and lighten up the mood.
After a while we will call for the 3rd and final cup, after which we will sing english songs and bring more light, joy, softenss and celebration. Towards the end we will open the space for others to share music. We will close with a very special dance to get us back in our bodies.
When ceremony closes there will be fruit and soup available for all to enjoy!
Jurema (Changa)
Jurema is seen as the huntress and guardian of the forest. With her swift arrow, she pierces through the darkness and brings forth the light.
She helps to release traumas, heal parts of ourselves, release old patterns, receive beautiful visions and insights, illuminates parts of ourselves that need shifting, strengthens our relationships, brings deep connection to Spirit and the Forest, and ultimately brings forth more joy and magick in our lives!
She is a deity, as mentioned, as well as a sacred plant called Mimosa Hostilis. The plant is extracted into a smokable form of changa. We also offer a MAOI tea, called Syrian Rue, which will enhance end elongate the DMT effects. This allows it to flow into our bloodstream for deeper healing and space within the experience.
Ceremony Flow
The ceremony is held in a sacred container, lasting about 6 hours. Held like an Aya ceremony with noble silence, Icaros, songs from the jungle, medicine music, and Jurema songs.
Each person can smoke multiple times (as desired) throughout the night. Half way through, Jahendo will go and give individual limpias (shamanic cleansings) to each person, to release any old energy and bring forth more light. Then we will crank up the joy and bring lots of lightness, celebration and happiness into the space. We will open the space for others to share songs towards the end.
Afterwards we will provide fruit and soup for grounding!
And keep the music flowing and chat about our experience. Breakfast and integration sharing circle will be at 10am the next morning.
Ceremony will start at 5pm and go till about 1am.
This medicine will help to release any trauma or darkness, clean us out and prepare ourselves for the healing work of the other medicines. It will give us profound insights, clarity, visions, ideas, and so forth. Within this container it will be powerful, due to the added integration and support, and well as the continued spiritual work we will dive into.
Medicine will be served by Jahendo, alongside Sunny and other trusted MYF facilitators. Jahendo has 10 years experience serving this medicine (DMT) and 3 years experience sharing it in this particular ceremony style.
Sunny have offered support in these ceremonies for 3 years with extensive space-holding and ceremonial facillitation experience.
So you are in GOOD hands!
Huachuma (San Pedro Cactus)
Huachuma, or San Pedro, is seen as the Grandfather medicine of the Andes. His active alkaloid is Mescaline, which is NOT a tryptamine. It’s in the same family as Cacao and MDMA, with similar heart opening benefits, with it’s own unique subtle energy. In large doses can be psychedelic & visionairy, tho those aren’t it’s primary affects. The effects can last anywhere from 8-16 hours depending on dosage.
You will have the choice of how much medicine you’d like to drink.
The main effects of huachuma are heart-opening, deepened state of awareness, profound connection to Nature and deep communion with Spirit. He offers us a deep focus, stillness of the mind, focus. He opens us up to our Prayer, what we want to create in this life, our purpose, our patterns, and how we can become a better person! The most magical effects are that of Clarity of Vision, and revealing our Truest Self and how to embody that.
Ceremony Flow - Huachuma Hike
We will begin drinking the first cup and open the ceremony in our temple Jaguar Hall. We will open the space with prayers, intentions and songs, followed by a short movement exercise to bring awareness to our bodies and energy flow. We will then begin our hike, which has 3 pit-stops along the way.
There is about 2hrs total of hiking, and we will hang out in each pitstop for about 1-3hrs each.
Our first pitstop is Grandfather Rock, an ancient Mayan altar with 1000s of years history being used as a sacred site for prayers, offerings and connection to the Spirit Realm. We will connect with the Earth, leave offerings, pray, sing Earth songs, and make a flower mandala together.
Then we hike up to the 2nd altar.
Our second pitstop is deep in the forest at an ancient Mayan water altar. In this space we will sing water songs, have a special water blessing ritual, honor the divine feminine, and drink our second cup of medicine.
Then we will hike up to our third altar.
Our third pitstop, Base Camp, will be at the top of the mountain with a spectacular view of the lake and open skies. Here we will connect with the air element, sing air songs, make prayers, and chill out and meditate in silence. We will also serve the sacred medicine of Rapeh, which will bring grounding and clarity. We will sing songs from the Brazilian Amazon to help move the force of the medicine. After about an hour, we will then head back down the mountain and return to MYF!
There will be a short period of freeflow, with fruits available, option to swim in the lake, connect with the family, or be in your own space. This will be for about an hour.
Our final destination will be our Sacred Fire where we will anchor in our prayers, sing more songs, and connect with the fire element. There will be loads of offerings available throughout the night for you to pray for your life, your family, your business and continue to anchor in your intentions!
The ceremony will then close, soup will be available, sauna will be hot, and fire will stay open for prayers, and more songs!
Ceremony Flow - Huachuma Fire Prayer
We will be all night around our Sacred Fire, praying, singing, dancing, and connecting with the elements. The medicine will give us plenty of energy to stay up all night, and WOW, the sunrise will be the most magical moment of our lives!
The night is divided into 4 rounds from sunset-sunrise.
Each round will be based on an element.
We start with Earth connecting to our bodies and the physical world. Then move into water to connect with our emotions, the gift of life, and the divine feminine. Then moving into the air element where we connect to our Mind, our vision, our meditation and our vastness. Then we move into Fire to welcome the rising sun. This is when we connect with our Spirit, our purpose and our passions and celebrate the sweet life we live.
Throughout the night there will be certain songs to connect with each element, lots of space for others to share songs, fun guided activities, places of silence and stillness, sound healing, and more. An abundance of offerings are available throughout the night to make lots of prayers and give thanks!
We will end at sunrise with fruit, snacks, soup and a glorious lake swim and dock party!

Jahendo
Jahendo is the owner of the Mystical Yoga Farm and hosts ceremonies there regularly. He has been working at MYF since 2015, learning and sharing his skills.
He is a professional medicine music and carries many heart songs, medicine songs, indigenous songs from the jungle, and icaros.
He loves choosing songs based on the way that they move energy and the healing force they carry.
He has been serving Jurema (xanga) for over 10 years, and serving huachuma for just over 7 years. And now is serving Ayahuasca for the past 1+ years, with permission of his Huni Kuin teachers.
He continues to deepen his work and do his own healing by sitting with shamans and medicine carriers all over the world, and does a yearly pilgrimage in Peru. He’s worked deeply with a number of traditions including Shipibo, Huni Kuin, Marakame (Huichol), Quechua, and many more. He incorporates a lot of these healing modalities into a well-rounded service to the divine.
He has assisted in many Ayahuasca ceremonies, as well as Huachuma, Peyote and others, and believes it is a divine service to work with these medicines and work with their original carriers.
He is a 500hr E-RYT yoga teacher and has studied and helped in over 10 shamanic yoga teacher trainings. He loves infusing yoga philosophy into the ceremonial works.
His biggest passion is bringing joy and lightness, as well as focus and sacredness into his offerings. He provides a very safe, held and loving healing space for transformation!

Since this experience Sunny has been sitting in different medicine ceremonies with indigenous tribes and people who have directly worked with the original medicine carriers.
Sunny has been assisting in Hucahuma, Xanga, and Ayahuasca ceremonies for three years.
In these ceremonies Sunny holds a motherly/sisterly/angelic presence, a safe space for those to be held and nurtured if they need that support.
