Our Package
Your Residency will be led by 3 main facilitators, and a variety of lovely assistants. All of our facilitators are experts in their fields and practices. Jahendo, Sunny, and Hawk, are well-trained, professional and the main spaceholders and leaders at MYF!
There will be 4 workshops per day, ranging from medicine song teaching, how to hold space, curating a safe container, utilizing sound as a healing force, chanting, kirtan, saunas, medicine ceremonies, cacao and how to serve it, and soul much more. Stay tuned for our full workshop schedule. It’s going to be EPIC!
Don’t worry! Even though you’ll be going deep, you will still have the freedom to live your life and be part of our community. See below for a daily schedule.
Our package is for the full 2 weeks (14 nights). These special prices include accommodations, 3 epic vegan meals per day, 4 daily workshops, daily yoga, unlimited tea, LOTS of cacao, access to all farm resources/instruments/paddle-boards, private lake access, and all the benefits of communal living.
Though we are remote, travel to the Mystical Yoga Farm is surprisingly affordable and painless.

Our expert instructors will guide you in the Yoga, Sound Healing, Medicine Songs (devotional singing), Ceremonies, Creative Expression, and more. Individually, these practices are powerful… But together, they are life-changing.
Daily Flow
Typical Daily Flow:
7am – Meditation/Yoga
(Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Kundalini, Yin + Sound, Medicine Wheel, and MORE)
9am – Yummy Breakfast
10am – Music Workshop (Medicine songs, sound healing, rhythm, spaceholding downloads, etc.)
12:12 – Chanting in the Om Dome
1pm – Delicious Lunch
3pm – Sacred Space workshop and Ceremony of the day!
(Cacao Ceremony, Song Circle, Breathwork, Lectures, Ecstatic Dance, etc.)
5pm – Free Flow
6pm – Amazing Dinner
7pm – Evening Ceremony
(Sound Journey, Fire Ceremony, Temescal, Cacao, Manifestation Ceremony, Shamanic Healing, and MORE)

The first part of the training will be all led by our trained facillitators. Then the last few days will be left open for each of the participants to practice teaching a workshop or holding a ceremony, with in-person feedback from the commmunity and facillitators!
There will also be optional plant medicine ceremonies included in the journey!
